Betsy and Bill Sedona Engagement 

 

What an amazing couple Betsy and Bill are. We first met Betsy at the studio as a referral from one of our favorite florist in the valley, LUX Wedding Florist! Our friends over there knew right away that Betsy’s outgoing and crazy cool personality would fit right in with DePoy Studios. We headed up to the beautiful Sedona for a red rock engagement session.

This love was built in the darkest time for these 2 love birds, sometime I think people are put in our lives to give us strength when things might seem hopeless. A simple relationship that was built over time, with games of wii bowling, exploring the city via light rail and dinner dates that included deep conversation about their values, their philosophy of life and what was most important to them. Like the slowest blooming flower, Puya raimondii, their relationship blossomed over time and their friendship helped to healed their wounds. Trust was built as their love for one another blossomed like beautiful flowers. Although their relationship developed slowly, they both knew early on that this was a very special bond, able to handle the ebb and flow of life.

Betsy remembers Bill picking her up from the light rail after work and Bill sharing that he was the happiest he’d ever been. Betsy shared this sentiment exactly. On Betsy’s 50th birthday Bill asked her to marry him, the very best gift a now “middle-aged” woman could receive 🙂 They both burst into tears after Betsy threw her head back and shouted, “Yes! I will marry you!” Every once in a while people are SO blessed to see a love like theirs! These 2 love unconditionally, deeply, and are MaDly in love!! Betsy and Bill can’t wait to say I Do in October and we are super excited to be joining them at the beautiful Desert Botanical Garden. Where we will capture every remarkable moment in their love story and hopefully find a Puya raimondii to help capture the symbol of loves blossoms over time.

Betsy is that kind of person you long to be around; her attitude is intoxicating! Making Bill one lucky man!

There are those couples who are just meant to be, and once you get to know these two you will see their love is as loud as a thunder storm!

A smile of a woman who has been to hell and back, and now is MaDly in love with a man who is just as crazy about her and she is about him.

Sedona was once again beautiful! We really can’t say enough about these two, they are just amazballs and we hope they will be joining us at our party soon so you can meet them too! We had a wonderful time with Betsy and Bill and can’t wait to join them soon at their love filled wedding!
