If you have been to almost any of the local Phoenix bridal shows you have seen this magazine, most likely. This is a great source of local vendors in the Phoenix areas. As Chandler wedding photographer we loved this opportunity and hope it is the first of many magazine covers we get to photograph.
If you have been to one of the largest bridal shows in the nation, Phoenix Bridal Fashion Debut Expo, you would have or will receive one before you even come through the door. This is the 26th issue of this beautiful magazine that is packed with all the information a couple would need for their wedding. The next Phoenix Bridal Fashion Debut Expo will be held on January 10 & 11 from 9am to 3pm. There are 100’s of vendors there. Most couples will feel overwhelmed. My, Cristina, advice is to pick the vendors that more most important to you and focus on only finding those vendors and walk past the rest of them. It will be information OVERLOAD for sure.
Vendors who book out fasters are: Wedding Planners, Venues, Photographers, DJ’s. This is where I would start.
Wedding Planners can be booked out over a year out.
Venues that are popular book out almost 18 months in advance.
Photographer that are popular, like us, book out over a year out, 12-14 months.
DJ’s that are popular are booking around 6~8 months out.
If your wedding is in October or November you better believe if you are trying to book one of those Saturdays you better book SOONER than later. Saturdays in October fly off the selves.
As Chandler wedding photographer we are booking weddings about 1 to 1 1/2 years out. It is NEVER too early to start thinking about the vendors that you MUST have and love. Book them before it is too late!
